  • Store & Transaction Records: Invoices generated, products in inventory (SKUs, stocks, batch codes, cost price, selling price), supplier lists, expense statements, and employee lists.
  • AI Scan Data: Printed invoices, bills, or spreadsheets uploaded via our smart scanner to import catalog tables.
  • App Usage Data: Technical logs, device types, operating systems, and anonymous application analytics to optimize performance on budget smartphones.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to fulfill our services and offer intelligent insights, specifically to:

  • Generate GST-compliant tax invoices, print receipts via Bluetooth thermal printers, and catalog your stock records.
  • Power the Hisaab AI Business Assistant to answer queries like profit summaries, low stock predictions, and credit ledger reviews.
  • Create automatic cloud backups so you never lose your books in case of device damage.
  • Send automatic friendly billing or credit notifications to your clients on WhatsApp.

4. Data Storage & Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security protocols to protect your accounting books:

All database transactions are synced via end-to-end encrypted tunnels to secure servers. When operating offline, your records are saved locally with encryption on your device. We do not share, sell, or rent your store inventory, transactions, or client lists to any third parties for advertising.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You own your business data. You can download Excel/CSV ledger summaries, edit inventory items, or delete entries at any time.

If you wish to terminate your relation and permanently delete your TrueHisaab account and all associated stores, staff profiles, and ledger books, you can submit an account removal request. Please visit our Account Deletion Page to request deletion. Requests are verified and processed within 7 business days.
